pavlova~~^^

Pavlova is a meringue dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light inside. The dessert is believed to have been created in honour of the dancer either during or after one of her tours to Australia and New Zealand in the 1920s. Today aunty Amy treat us eat dessert, so called Pavlova. Lovely~~^^ This is the first time we eat this dessert. The taste so nice, sweet. Crispy outside, soft inside. Yummy~~ ^^ She also teach us the making of Pavlova, seem like quite simple way to make this dessert. We will try to make this next time. Hehe.
